Order Policy
Most items ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise stated, however, some items may take 10 - 15 business days to be sent. If in the rare case an item is out of stock the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that item.

Payment
We accept all payment via Paypal. All prices on our website are in US Dollars. If a custom or personalized Pin Up design is requested the production will be started upon receipt of payment.

Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Service.) The customer has the option of upgrading their method of shipping at an additional cost. USPS shipments usually take 2-10 days within North America and 7-21 days outside of the Continental US and internationally. We package our items so as to protect and respect the contents. Shipping prices cover our costs only. International customers outside of the United States please note that higher value orders may incur a customs duty charge depending on your country's tax laws, we can't be responsible for these charges.

Return Policy
Unaltered or uncut Stock Guitar Pin Ups are available for replacement or return within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. The item must be un-opened and returned in the condition it was sent. You must contact us by telephone at 407-620-4229 to request return authorization at which time a customer service representative will provide you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with shipping details. Refunds will only be provided for the cost of merchandise and applicable taxes, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives an item that is flawed they should contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Privacy Policy
All personal information and Credit Card details given to us by a customer will only be used to service that customers requests and will be kept safe, secure, and private. No personal information will be sold or shown to anyone but our trusted staff. We may send newsletters of sales or new products to a customer’s e-mail address, but the customer has the option to opt out of this. Your privacy is of the highest importance to all of us at the Brand O’ Guitar Company.
